Weigh in Wednesday #2

So, it's only my second Weigh in Wednesday...

button

I wasn't going to do this post, but I like to show the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Today turns out to be the bad...and the ugly.
Here's how my fitness routine went this past week:

So here's some more ugly:
Goal weight #1: 158
Highest weight: 178
Last week: 164.4
This week: 165.4

Seriously?  Why can't I figure out how to flip these!
Welp.  There it is.
I'm not going to let it get me down because I didn't do anything to change it.
But, this is a new week!
I'm gonna kill it!
Maybe some motivation will be to do a giveaway for you guys when I reach my first goal weight!
What do you think about that?!
Hopefully in a couple weeks...I already know what I want the prize to be!
Here is some motivation for the week:

This weeks work out song:
Like for realsies...I am going to workout this week!

  1. that really stinks you didn't get where you want to be, but just remember things don't happen in the drop of a hat (which i am more that sure you are aware of!) but things take time and just think how amazed you'll feel the day you accomplish it. keep working hard! i like your pins.

  5. Ack! Well, at least it's only Wednesday. I've actually woken up at 6AM each day so far this week with the intent of being productive, only to watch TV on the couch with coffee for like, hours. SSSShhhhhh........

  6. Working out can be a pain to do. There are days where I feel like I can do it & then those days that make me feel like I'm not getting anywhere. It just takes time & routine.

I nominated you for the Liebster Award. Detail are on my blog :)

  7. Hahah I loved your first e-card thingy. I try to go to my workout class in the mornings & this week I've had the HARDEST time getting up- today was actually the first day I went even though I had signed up for every day this week.

This morning towards the end of the workout the instructor said something that was a total lightbulb for me...she said something like everyone wants to look good this year & lose weight. But every time you hit the snooze button or every time you make bad food choices you are costing yourself that goal. I know that's a total DUH & maybe it just seemed really enlightened to my "I woke up at 5 AM brain" but that's really the mindset I think works best. Not so much "well one day of sleeping in won't matter" but more like "Every day that I don't show up is another wasted opportunity"

Anyhow...sorry for the long rant haha. Keep it up!
