Weigh in Wednesday #2

So, it's only my second Weigh in Wednesday...

I wasn't going to do this post, but I like to show the good, the bad, and the ugly.  
Today turns out to be the bad...and the ugly. 
Here's how my fitness routine went this past week:



So here's some more ugly:
Goal weight #1: 158 
Highest weight: 178
Last week: 164.4
This week: 165.4

Seriously?  Why can't I figure out how to flip these!
Welp.  There it is.
I'm not going to let it get me down because I didn't do anything to change it.
But, this is a new week!
I'm gonna kill it!
Maybe some motivation will be to do a giveaway for you guys when I reach my first goal weight!
What do you think about that?!
Hopefully in a couple weeks...I already know what I want the prize to be!

Weigh in Wednesday #1

This is my first weigh in Wednesday!  
I am so excited to be participating to get some motivation from all you fantastic ladies!

I didn't take a picture of the scale last week because...well I didn't know about this challenge haha! 
But, you can take my word that I weighed in at 167.6.  
Today I woke up at:

Argh!  I can't figure out how to flip it!

Although it is sideways, it reads 164.4.  
But you darlings are smart people so I'm sure you could have figured that out on your own.
That 3.2 pounds down! 
What the heezy?
I have no idea how I lost.  
I haven't really been doing done anything.
I need to start getting out and exercising.
My plan is to do the Ease into5k running plan for the next few weeks.
And also the Insanity program.
And eating better of course!
